Satisfaction Guarantee

I work hard to make sure every order is correct and crafted to the quality my customers expect, but we are all human and sometimes mistakes can be made. In the event that the product has a defect in construction, is the wrong color, incorrect number of plaits, etc, contact me within 30 days of receiving your product(s) and I will either correct the mistake (even if that means making a new whip) or refund the purchase price of the product. The whip must be returned, in new and unused condition, for a replacement item or refund.

If there is a problem with your order:

You must contact me of the issue as soon as possible, no later than 30 days of receipt
The order must have been purchased through THIS website. Not applicable to pre-made whips purchased from a vendor. In this case, you must contact the vendor from who you purchased the product and they will contact me if needed. Discounted pre-made whips marked "As Is" are also excluded.
To avoid potential issues with a custom order, please make sure to check your selections carefully. If there are requests to make a change to any standard whip designs you should email me before placing an order to discuss.

PLEASE NOTE: Products such as Cats, Quirts, Galleys, etc typically will have 8 or 12 plait overlays of the thong, depending on the whip. Make sure to check the specifications of these products and contact me if you have any questions before placing an order!

Matching Whips

I can GUARANTEE that I will NOT be able to exactly match the color, weight or feel of a previously bought whip. If you want close matched whips you will have to order them at the same time.
